Join us for a free one-hour play session where you stay with your child, meet our Educators, and experience the centre together.
Choosing childcare is a big decision. A quick walkthrough can help, but it doesn’t always show you how your child will respond to the people, the rooms, or the rhythm of the centre.
Stay and Play gives you and your child time to settle in, explore, and experience Alma Kids together.
You’ll be able to see how your child engages with the space, meet our Educators, and ask questions when you’re ready.
If it feels right, we can talk about next steps. If not, that’s completely okay too.
No pressure. Just play.
Come in, settle in, and see how your child responds to the space.
Alma Kids Moorooka is a family-owned, boutique early learning centre for children aged 0 to 5.
We know parents want more than a brochure or a quick tour. You want to see how the centre feels, how Educators interact with children, and whether your child seems comfortable in the environment.
That’s why we created Stay and Play — so you can experience our centre in a relaxed, genuine way before making any decisions.
Early learning and care
A boutique centre environment
Locally operated with care
We keep the morning calm and unhurried, so your child has time to settle and explore.
We’ll welcome you at the door and help you and your child get comfortable. You can sit together, walk around, or simply observe at your own pace.
Your child can explore the room, activities, books, blocks, art, sensory play, and anything else that catches their interest. Our Educators will be nearby to support, answer questions, or simply give your child space.
We’ll bring the session together with a short story or song. You’re welcome to ask about enrolment, fees, CCS, availability, or anything else you’d like to know.
Stay and Play sessions are capped so the morning stays calm and comfortable for every family.
Registration closes the Wednesday before each session, or earlier if spots fill.
What parents need to know:

That’s okay. You’ll be with them the whole time. They can stay close to you, take a break, have a snack, or leave early if needed.
